as it is in heaven | sharing hope & the love of Jesus

Friends, there will be moments in life when heaven feels far off. When prayers seem to echo in the silence, and hope feels fragile. I don’t know about you, but I’ve been there. Sitting in the middle of a storm, waiting for peace to show up and wondering if God still sees me. Can you relate?

I want to encourage you with this: Heaven has not forgotten about you. Even while you are waiting, even though you have questions, God is still near. His promises are yes and amen and they do not expire when life gets hard. His love doesn’t fade when you feel overwhelmed. In fact, God’s word reminds us:

“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.” -Psalm 34:18

It’s so refreshing to know this truth. God our Father is not far off. He draws close to the weary, the anxious, the ones who cry when no one sees. He leans in with comfort and strength, even when the answers don’t come right away…when we want them to.

God is with you. His kingdom is breaking through in the everyday, ordinary stuff that life brings your way. You don’t have to know how the story unfolds, just trust in the one who holds the world in His hands.

Keep holding on. Keep leaning into His love. What He’s building in your life is beautiful and more fulfilling than you could ever imagine. He’s not done with you yet!

PRAYER

Dear God,

When I can’t see what You are doing, please help me trust that You are still at work in my life. Remind me that Your presence is with me, even when heaven feels far. Strengthen my heart, renew my hope, and let Your peace fill the spaces where fear tries to settle in. I choose to believe that You are faithful, and I choose to rest in that truth today.
